ISPM 15 - NEW LEASING OF ISPM15 HEAT TREATMENT KILNS FROM THERMOKIL
With the uncertain future for the economy, many businesses are thinking twice about committing capital for investment in equipment. To help customers move ahead with their businesses, Thermokil are offering leasing contracts for their 40' container based kilns to help clients decide if they want to get into the ISPM 15 heat treatment business.
Leasing periods are for a minimum of 1 year and clients must be registered with Timcon and undergo ISPM 15 accreditation and have at least 2 audits. Thermokil will be responsible for maintenance of the kiln and UKAS calibration of sensors etc.
Costs - A single one off payment of £4000-00 plus vat covers delivery (and recovery) of heat treatment container, assistance and training for ISPM assessments, thereafter rental costs are just £300-00 per week payable monthly in advance. Price does not include Timcon membership or ISPM 15 auditor fees.
The Thermokil ISPM 15 Heat treatment chambers employ a unique system of air circulation that deals with the problems associated with heating up damp timbers. This is particularly applicable to the UK and north European climates and as a result we can treat timber at a fraction of the cost and much faster than traditional kiln drying techniques.
At just £32,000 plus vat installed and running costs of as little as £10-00 per cycle, these containers are the most cost effective and simple to use method of heat treating pallets and packaging for ISPM 15. Also, as they run off 230v 50Hz, we can use them with a generator, meaning they can be used in pallet yards without mains power. Containers with re-enforced floors and heavy duty rollers can also be specified for heat treatment of timber.
We can also customise insulated rooms and containers for ISPM 15 heat treatment or for basic kiln drying.
